I realize that with the Vitamin C I don’t get sick but, if I don’t take it every day, twice a day, I can get sick. I prefer to stay well. Even if you do get sick though, the Vitamin C and probiotics can bring you back better than anything. I wasn’t taking the C twice a day, got sick, and found that I couldn’t even talk. I loaded up on the Probiotics and the Vitamin C and in a few hours was doing so much better. My son who takes these products faithfully, originally told me about them. I can see now that I can’t live without these products.

I’ve been using Frequency Foods for from 15-20 years….mainly Enzymes, Probiotics, Total Food, Green Garden and Vitamin C. I am now 74 years old and in quite good health.
