PARSLEY: Parsley works as a powerful natural diuretic and can help reduce bloating and blood pressure. Parsley is loaded with vitamin K, which has been linked to bone health. The vitamin supports bone growth and bone mineral density.

SPEARMINT: Spearmint is a delicious, minty herb that may have beneficial effects on your health. It’s high in antioxidants, vital nutrients, and other beneficial plant compounds that may help balance hormones, lower blood sugar and improve digestion. Some people use spearmint to help alleviate symptoms of nausea, indigestion, gas, toothache, cramps, and sore throat. It may even reduce stress, improve memory, arthritis, and bad breath. It may be useful for diarrhea, muscle pain, headache and fatigue as well.

CELERY: Widely recognized as one of the healthiest snacks available, celery is a wonderful source of fiber. Its fiber content is especially impressive given the vegetable’s low calorie count. This makes it a great option for those concerned with losing weight or maintaining healthy digestion. Celery is loaded with antioxidants. These include well-known varieties such as flavonoids and vitamin C, as well as lunularin and bergapten. These and other antioxidants help to prevent the oxidative stress that contributes to aggressive diseases. Celery is rich in a phytochemical known as phthalides. TRY THE WEIGHT LOSS AND CLEAN-OUT PROGRAM

Most of us are either in need of losing weight or cleaning out the pipes once in a while. There are many suggestions on how to do this and some are actually dangerous. Here is a safe and satisfying way of going about it.

1. Green Garden: take 4-7 capsules with our Enzymes with
every meal and 4 in between meals.

2. Liyfzymes or our Digestible Enzymes: take 4-7 with every meal and 4 in between meals (at least once a day). Taking Enzymes with meals breaks down the food in the stomach and in between meals goes after unwanted proteins. 3. Quantum Cleanse: take on an empty stomach once or twice a day. The Quantum Cleanse will clean out stored fecal matter from the walls of the intestine as well as help to repair any damage that may be there. You will notice your stomach becoming smaller in a short time. Start with 1/4 tsp. mixed in orange juice or water or a combination of both. Keep increasing the amount by 1/4 tsp. until your elimination is where you want it. Do not panic if you push yourself to diarrhea. This is not a problem.     I DON’T GET SICK THANKS TO THIS PRODUCT!! It just keeps me going without the afternoon slump. Green Garden (and the Total Food) really taste good and I just feel like I am getting proper nutrition. I trust I am getting everything the body needs to keep my muscles tuned. I have noticed that when I offer Green Garden and Total Food to others when they are feeling sick, it really helps. I don’t get sick myself, however, as long as I stick to my regime of these supplements.
