Wow! What a difference in my life! I have been taking Frequency Foods products for years. I tried Liyfzymes capsules and did not do well on them. Then, I tried it in powder form. I started slowly and then worked up to 2 rounded teaspoons 3 times a day. I have had elimination problems all my life and have handled it by taking Quantum Cleanse. Since taking the Liyfzyme powder my elimination has been fabulous, I have been sleeping better, my energy is better and I can tell I am getting more oxygen in my brain. I wish I had done this much sooner, but I am thrilled with the results. I just put the product in my mouth and chase it with water.
