At Frequency Foods, LLC, we proudly stand behind all of our products fully confident you will reap tremendous benefit from their use. However, if you wish to return any products to Frequency Foods, LLC for a refund, we are glad to accommodate your request under the conditions as set forth in these guidelines. The purchase of any Frequency Foods, LLC product acknowledges your full understanding and acceptance of the Frequency Foods, LLC 60-Day Refund Policy.
Refund Policy Guidelines:
1. Refunds must be postmarked no more than 60 days after the invoice date. The invoice date is the date the product was ordered, not necessarily shipped. Orders received and processed after 1:00pm PST are usually shipped the next business day (excludes weekends and holidays). The order date will appear on the invoice included with the original order. Any refund requests made after the expiration of the 60-Day Refund Policy will be declined. The refund policy as set forth in this agreement supercedes any verbal, written or otherwise implied communication of a Frequency Foods, LLC employee, agent or Distributor stating different guidelines.
2. All product returns must be sent to our Fulfillment Facility in Coral Gables, Florida. The address for product returns is as follows:

3. Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges will not be refunded on product returns. This includes the S&H paid at the time of the original order and the S&H paid by the customer to return product(s) to the Frequency Foods, LLC Returns Department.
To ensure proof of delivery to the Frequency Foods, LLC Returns Department, we strongly recommend returning product by way of UPS, Fed EX or US Postal Service with Signature Confirmation. Products sent Parcel Post, Priority Mail or any other non-traceable means are subject to loss during delivery. Frequency Foods, LLC is not responsible for and will not refund packages lost during delivery to the Frequency Foods, LLC Returns Department.
4. All products will be refunded less any and all discounts applied during the original sale. For example, if the customer returns a bottle of Digestive Enzymes but received a 20% discount on their original order, the customer paid $63.96 for that bottle. Accordingly, the discounted price of $63.96 will be refunded to the customer.
5. Refunds will be issued on products received by the Frequency Foods, LLC Returns Department under the following conditions:
a. The products must be returned in the original Frequency Foods, LLC bottles and contain the original Frequency Foods, LLC labels. Any bottles that appear out of their original packaging will not be issued a refund.
b. Conditions for returns on multiple bottles of the same product and open bottles: Frequency Foods, LLC will issue a refund for only one opened bottle and any additional unopened bottles of the same product which contain the original safety seals in tact.
· For example, if the customer purchases and returns 3 opened bottles of Digestive Enzymes, a refund will be issued for only one of the opened bottles.
· If two bottles are opened and one is unopened with the original product seal in tact, the unopened bottle and only one of the opened bottles will be refunded.
· If one bottle is opened and the other two are unopened with the original product seals in tact, all three bottles will be refunded.
· Products with a powder or capsule option are considered the same product. For example, if a customer returns an opened bottle of Digestive Enzymes (500ct. capsules) and an opened bottle of Digestive Enzymes (9oz. powder), a refund will be issued for only one of the opened bottles.
c. Refunds will not be issued for products not included in the package received by the Frequency Foods, LLC Returns Department. Even if the bottle is totally empty, it must be included in the return package to receive a refund.
d. If there is a discrepancy with the returned package, a member of the Frequency Foods, LLC Fulfillment Department will attempt to contact the customer within 5 business days of package receipt (within 10 business days if customer contacted by mail).
e. Conditions for returns made on ‘Twin Packs’, ‘Product Packs’, and/or ‘Product Specials’: Any products returned to the Frequency Foods, LLC Product Refunds Department that were purchased as part of a Twin Pack, Product Pack, and/or Product Special will be refunded at their discounted unit price.
Twin Pack: For example, Total Food comes in a Twin Pack option. The Twin Pack price is $89.95 retail, or $44.98 per 14oz. unit. If the 20% discount is applied in addition to the Twin Pack price, the sale price is reduced to $71.96 or $35.98 per bottle. Each bottle is considered a separate unit so if both bottles of Total Food are opened, a refund will be issued for only one 14oz. bottle as per Section 5e of this agreement. If one bottle is opened and the other is unopened (contains its original safety seals), a refund will be issued for the Twin Pack price paid as per section 5e of this agreement.
Product Pack: Frequency Foods, LLC may offer discounted pricing on various pre-established product combinations. Refund amounts will be determined based on the percentage saved from the original retail price of each product included in the Product Pack. For example, if Frequency Foods, LLC offers a Product Pack at savings of 25% off the retail price, any products returned for refund from that Product Pack would be credited at the 25% discount rate paid by the customer.
Product Specials: Frequency Foods, LLC offers Product Specials at a discounted sale price. Refund amounts will be determined based on the discounted unit price paid for the Product Special. For example, if Frequency Foods, LLC offers a Product Special on Glacial Blue – Buy 2 Get One Free – the total retail price for this special equals $49.90 or $16.63 per bottle. If the 20% discount is applied in addition to the Product Special, the sale price is reduced to $39.92 or $13.31 per bottle. The refund amount will be applied based on the sale price paid by the customer. Each bottle is considered a separate unit and subject to the conditions set forth in Section 5b of this agreement.
6. All refunds will be issued in US dollars only.
If the customer paid by credit card, a refund will be issued to that credit card only. Frequency Foods, LLC cannot issue a refund on any other credit card than the one used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of the return package by the Frequency Foods, LLC Returns Department for the refund to be issued. Financial institutions may take up to an additional 72 hours or more to post the credit to your account.
Orders placed via the Internet may be refunded by a Frequency Foods, LLC company check. If a customer paid by personal or company check, E-check (Internet), or money order, refunds will be issued by a Frequency Foods, LLC company check only. Allow 5-10 business days for refund checks to be issued and mailed. Refunds will be sent to the customer via First Class mail.
